By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Wild Goddess Magazine is a digital and print media platform focused on Latina women leaders and conscious business. Our services include:

• Access to digital editorial content (articles, interviews, and features)

• Subscription plans (Newsletter, Basic Member, Premium, and VIP/Circle Membership)

• Purchase of physical and digital magazine editions

• Access to events, masterclasses, and community spaces

• Cover application and featured CEO packages

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at contacto@wildgoddessmagazine.com

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer multiple subscription tiers with different levels of access. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. All fees are stated in US dollars. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Wild Goddess LLC does not store your full payment card details on our servers.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Once payment has been submitted for any subscription plan, featured CEO package, cover placement, or membership tier, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including dissatisfaction with editorial direction, timeline delays, or platform changes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Physical magazine orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at contacto@wildgoddessmagazine.com

Dispute and Chargeback Policy: By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through your financial institution. Should a chargeback be filed, a new invoice will be issued for the disputed amount plus a 40% penalty fee, in addition to all associated legal and administrative costs. Failure to pay within five (5) business days may result in legal action.

6. Editorial Control

Wild Goddess Magazine maintains full editorial discretion over the presentation, formatting, tone, length, and platform of distribution for all features, interviews, and CEO placements. By participating in any feature or cover package, you grant Wild Goddess LLC full rights to use, publish, and distribute submitted materials, photography, brand imagery, and likeness across all media formats including print, digital, social platforms, and press.

Suggested edits may be considered but are not guaranteed. Once a final piece has been published, no rewrites or removals will be made except in cases of factual error or legal necessity.

7. Confidentiality Agreement — Membership and Events

By joining any membership tier of Wild Goddess Magazine or participating in any event, mastermind, VIP dinner, or group session organized by Wild Goddess LLC, you expressly and bindingly agree to the following confidentiality agreement:

All information shared by other participants within Wild Goddess Magazine membership spaces or events — including but not limited to personal experiences, business situations, strategic decisions, private conversations, internal conflicts, financial information, personal relationships, or any other sensitive data — is strictly confidential.

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Disclosing, discussing, publishing, or sharing in any format (verbal, written, digital, or on social media) any personal or professional information shared by other participants

• Using information from other members for personal or third-party benefit without explicit consent

• Recording, photographing, or documenting private conversations within membership spaces or events without express authorization from Wild Goddess LLC and the individuals involved

• Publicly referring to specific situations involving other participants, even without naming them

This agreement applies indefinitely. The confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after a member cancels their subscription or stops attending Wild Goddess Magazine events.

Violation of this agreement may result in the immediate and permanent cancellation of membership or event access, without right to a refund, in addition to any legal action Wild Goddess LLC deems appropriate.

Wild Goddess LLC commits to upholding the same standard of confidentiality regarding information that members share within the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on wildgoddessmagazine.com — including articles, photographs, graphics, logos, and editorial features — is the exclusive property of Wild Goddess LLC or its contributors and is protected by United States copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (applications, testimonials, bios, or comments) to our platform, you grant Wild Goddess LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems

• Reproduce or resell our content without written permission

• Harass, threaten, or harm other members of our community

• Submit false or misleading information in any application or form

• Violate the confidentiality agreement described in Section 7

11. Events — Financial and Liability Terms

By purchasing a ticket or registering for any Wild Goddess Magazine event, you agree to the following:

Financial Responsibility: All ticket sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exceptions. You are solely responsible for all costs associated with attending, including travel, accommodations, and personal expenses not explicitly stated as included.

Personal Liability: Wild Goddess LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property; injuries or accidents before, during, or after the event; or personal or financial decisions made as a result of attending.

Media Release: By entering any Wild Goddess Magazine event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing, editorial, and promotional purposes across all Wild Goddess Magazine platforms.

Confidentiality at Events: The confidentiality agreement described in Section 7 applies in full at all Wild Goddess Magazine in-person and virtual events.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild Goddess LLC, its affiliates, partners, team members, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions resulting from content or representations made in your submitted materials.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Goddess LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
